This summer we will be opening our door to yet another inspiring alpine hide-away in Scuol, Switzerland. There is space for 10 explorers, creative minds, entrepreneurs, dreamers, innovators to relax and explore, to connect and escape, get work done and just be.

We are staying in the old part of Scuol at Tre Scale, a charming guest house owned and run by Beny Steiner, an international fashion photographer
The house offers 3 double and 2 single bedrooms plus a studio in the old barn, which are all individually furnished. Some have private sinks, and all share toilets and bathrooms.

Our host has 3 (very pretty) cats.
We serve 3 meals daily. Expect vegetarian market cuisine that will not only look delicious and taste great, but also give you the kind of energy you need to think big.

You are welcome to help us in the kitchen, but you don't have to.
High-speed wifi in the entire house and on the veranda.
Bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. Yoga mats too, of course.
You'll find plenty of books and magazines on fashion, architecture and history to read or leaf through.

Bogn Engiadina Spa
We have the privilege of accessing the private park of renown Swiss artist Not Vital. Parkin Vital features stunning artwork, as well as a fabulous pool with mountain views. Art, swim & BBQ. Sounds like a plan?
Scuol offers a multitude of trails from an easy stroll down to the Büvetta in Tarasp, exploring Val Sinistra for a few hours, all the way to a day tour on the Road to Santiago via Ardez to Guarda.

... by train
From Zurich you can reach Scuol in 2½ hours via Landquart (continue by RhB), Klosters, Vereina, Scuol / Scuol. Online timetable
From the station it's a good 15 minute walk through the village. You might prefer to wait for BUS 921 leaving every hour at xx.30 to take you to "Clozza" from where it's about a 50 meter walk back in the direction you came from.
... by car
Scuol can be reached via Zurich, Landquart, Davos and the Flüela Pass. The Vereina car train from Klosters transports you comfortably to the Lower Engadine and Scuol. From Germany and Austria via Innsbruck, Landeck to Scuol.

Parking: There is nowhere to stop in front of the house. However, there's a very affordable parking lot nearby. Turn left (uphill) upon crossing the bridge. It's only a 100 meter downhill walk from there.

Zurich airport offers the best connection by train, while Innsbruck would be the closest airport when planning to book a rental car.

What to pack
Mornings and evenings tend to be cool (below 10°C ), while days can be very warm (above 25°C). Pack clothes you can wear in layers and make a rain jacket or windbreaker the outer shell.
Hiking or trekking boots, a back-pack and sun glasses, as well as sun screen are the essentials for hiking. Slippers might be a nice for wearing inside the house and on the terrace. Comfortable sweat pants and a simple t-shirt are perfect for yoga.
