Founder and Chief Explorer
An environmental scientist by training, designer for fun and yogi at heart, Isabelle has always been a bit of a nomad and adventurer. This lead her to study and work in many places from Spain, Sweden and the UK all the way to Australia, Colombia and Indonesia. After successfully building her own yoga studio and running a co-working space and incubator for social enterprises, Isabelle is now sharing her experience in collaboration and wellbeing by convening people to work from exceptional places. No corner will go without wifi coverage when Darragh pulls up his flight case full of routers, antennas and cables. His love and dedication for creating great working environments combined with the experience of working in a number of startups as well as corporates and the inimitable Irish humor make him the magic ingredient to every retreat. Storyteller and Pathfinder
A woman of boundless curiosity with zeal to explain the world, Sonja has found her calling in storytelling and editing. A writer and literature scientist herself, she helps startups clarify their story and create a narrative leading towards their goals. Having worked with organisations large and small in Canada, the UK, Germany and Switzerland Sonja elegantly manages cultural context. Read more about Sonja here.
Originally hailing from Barcelona, Roger has sailed many seas around the world before arriving in the Swiss Alps. He brings wide experience in outdoor education and also happens to have a degree in Computer Science. Not that he would ever tell you that. We've seen him build furniture, de-escalate conflicts and train mountaineering guides for emergency situations but still haven't seen him agitated. Read more about Roger here.
Design Thinking Wizard
With a background in economics, classical music and design thinking Lukas is certainly not boring company. While he did not bring his violin, he did take his design thinking knowledge to the mountains and facilitated individual sessions. He is running his own design thinking consultancy in Zurich, Switzerland. Read more about Lukas here.
Growing up in the Alps, Florian takes every opportunity to enjoy the magnificence of our mountains to do sports or to benefit from the tranquility to get some work done. Having studied mechanical engineering and business admin, he is now doing research on the influence of architecture on design processes and teaches design thinking at ETH Zurich. Beacon of Inspiration
Firava is an expert in mindfulness, empathy, empowerment and cross-cultural communication. A poetess with an eye for details, meditation teacher and coach. Her background in journalism, peace building and psychology lead her to work for several projects in developing countries. She always travels with a book and her reflex camera.
